The Bank of Satoshi is the central bank of Satoshi. The Bank of Satoshi was created on 11 September 2022, and on the same day issued the 2022 Satoshi bill series banknotes. The Bank of Satoshi is responsible for the production and distribution of the Satoshian innovis.  It is under the administrative oversight of the Ministry of Finance.

On 3 August 2023, the Bank of Satoshi unveiled the 2023 Satoshi bill series banknotes. The 2023 banknotes were printed and presented in-person on 12 August 2023 at the MicroCon 2023 EU. On 4 January 2024, the Bank of Satoshi renamed the Satoshi bill to the Satoshian innovis. The new name is not reflected on any of the banknotes.
